By Construction Method

Our paddles are made with two main methods: cold press and thermoformed. Cold press is used for honeycomb cores with carbon or wood faces, while thermoformed paddles use foam or heat-moldable composites for larger sweet spots and sealed edges.

cold pressed pickleball paddles - 112

Built on a PP or Nomex honeycomb core using the cold press method. Bonded with fiberglass or carbon fiber sheets and cured under pressure, this method creates a precise, consistent paddle profile with reliable performance and long-term durability.

thermoformed pickleball paddles - 112

Built as a one-piece paddle using thermoforming. Carbon fiber is heated and molded into a single structure, with reinforced edges for strength and flexibility. This process allows for lighter, more stable paddles with expanded sweet spots and customizable surfaces for performance and design.

Testing Equipment That Supports Paddle Development

We use in-house testing equipment to support sample review, product verification, and certification preparation. This helps brands check key performance points earlier and move custom paddle projects forward with more confidence.

size measurement - 111

Size Measurement

We check paddle dimensions against current USA Pickleball requirements during development and sample review. The paddle length cannot exceed 17 inches, and the combined length and width cannot exceed 24 inches, including the edge guard and butt cap. This helps brands confirm compliance earlier before moving further into production or certification.

surface roughness measurement - 111

Surface Roughness Measurement

We measure paddle surface roughness to review whether the face stays within current USA Pickleball limits. The average roughness must be no greater than 30 µm on Rz readings and 40 µm on Rt readings, with no single data point above 33 µm for Rz or 44 µm for Rt. This is especially important for textured faces, grit finishes, and raw-style surface projects.

pickleball paddle reflection test - 111

Reflection Test

We check paddle face and edge guard gloss to make sure the surface is not excessively reflective under current USA Pickleball requirements. The measurement must not exceed 80 GU, and testing is taken at a universal angle of 60 degrees. This is useful for projects using glossy finishes, coated surfaces, or shiny edge guard materials.

cof fixture test - 11

COF Fixture Test

We use coefficient of friction testing to review paddle surface characteristics during development. Under current USA Pickleball standards, a paddle passes this test with a maximum kinetic coefficient of friction value of 0.1875 or lower. This gives brands a clearer way to evaluate surface behavior before formal certification submission.

pbcor testing support - 1

PBCoR Testing Support

We use in-house testing support to review paddle performance under the current PBCoR framework. PBCoR was added to the updated USA Pickleball equipment standards to characterize paddle power, which makes it especially relevant for newer constructions, foam-based cores, and higher-powered paddle projects.

paddle deflection test - 11

Paddle Deflection Test

We check paddle deflection by placing the paddle head across parallel support blocks and keeping the center position properly aligned during testing. A probe is then lowered toward the paddle at a controlled speed of 0.1 inches per minute until a 5.0 lb preload is reached. Based on this method, the average paddle deflection is kept at 0.005 inches or below.

How We Work on Your Pickleball Paddle Project

We keep the process clear from the beginning, so your project can move from inquiry to production with fewer delays and fewer unnecessary revisions. Here is how we usually work with brands, clubs, and distributors on custom pickleball paddle projects.

1. Send Us Your Requirements

Tell us what you want to build, including pickleball paddle core, face material, shape, thickness, logo, packaging, target market, and estimated quantity. The more details you share at this stage, the easier it is for us to recommend the right paddle based on your project needs.

2. Confirm the Final Product

We review your requirements with you and confirm the final product details before moving forward. This includes the construction method, material combination, key specifications, and the customization details for your paddle project.

3. Quotation

Once the final product details are confirmed, we prepare a quotation based on the agreed specifications, order quantity, and packaging requirements. This gives you a clearer view of the project cost before sample development begins.

4. Sample Preparation and Feedback

We prepare samples for your review so you can check the structure, appearance, and key details before production. After you share your feedback, we make any necessary adjustments before moving the project into formal production.

5. Mass Production

After the sample is approved, we start mass production based on the confirmed sample and final specifications. At this stage, we follow the agreed requirements closely to keep the product consistent throughout the full order.

6. Quality Check and Shipment

Before shipment, we carry out quality checks and confirm packing details to make sure the goods are ready for delivery. Once everything is approved, we arrange shipment based on the agreed schedule and order requirements.
